Maui Medical Group EMR

Maui Medical Group uses the eClinicalWorks “eCW” Electronic Health Record (EHR) computer system to store our patient’s health records electronically.  eCW securely stores our patient’s visits/encounters electronically which allows our authorized healthcare providers to access this information more efficiently by spending less time searching for paper records.

The eCW system also provides for a way for our patients to securely access their health records from the convenience of their own computer by way of a “Patient Portal”.  The Patient Portal allows our patients to:

  • Review prescription(s) and refill them on line
  • Update personal information
  • View upcoming scheduled appointments
  • Request referrals
  • Ask our healthcare providers non-emergency questions
  • Receive patient education materials posted to your account

To register to use the Portal or receive more information, ask one of our staff members, here is the form needed to sign up: Patient Portal Sign up form.
