Janet Lee, MD

Dr. Lee is an Interventional Pain Medicine Specialist at Maui Medical Group. Her goal is to treat the source of patient’s acute or chronic pain by coming up with a non-surgical treatment plan which may include physical therapy, acupuncture, and chiropractic care. Dr. Lee can also provide relief with interventional procedures including lumbar/cervical epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations, nerve blocks, prolotherapy, and PRP injections (Coming in 2023).

Dr. Lee has over 13 years of experience in the pain management field. She received her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey; and completed her residency at Rutgers/RWJ-JFK Johnson Rehabilitation in Edison, New Jersey.

Prior to Joining Maui Medical Group, she worked as an Interventional Pain Management Physician at El Paso Orthopedic Surgical Group in El Paso, Texas

Dr. Lee is Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She has also published a number of medical abstracts and presentations on physical medicine and various rehabilitation conditions.
