Physician Scheduled Hours?

MMG Physicians hours varies from 9:00 a.m. thru 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. You will need to contact the Appointment Schedulers at (808) 249-8080 for individual physician schedules.

How do I pick a PCP (Primary Care Physician)?

Contact your insurance carrier for a list of participating physicians. Select a physician and call the office to verify that they are accepting new patients. If yes, inform physician office that you would like to choose him/her for your PCP. Finally, contact insurance company with your choice of physician.

What if I want to change my PCP or Health Center?

Contact your insurance carrier to inform them of your request to change PCP or Health Center and give reason for change. They will provide you with a list of participating physicians in their plan.

Who do I call to make a complaint to?

Depending on type or severity of complaint, you should call the Wailuku office at (808) 242-6464 and direct your complaint to the following areas: Customer Service Supervisor, Nursing Director or Administration.

Who do I call to have my bill reviewed?

You may call the Wailuku Office at (808) 242-6464 and request to speak with the Billing Department. The operator will direct your call to the billing clerk based on your last name.
